Our Service
We have accurate, up-to-date information on every fee simple property in foreclosure in Hawaii. Subscribers receive important, area-specific information that is unlikely to be found anywhere else. Additionally, subscriptions include information on property tax sales and a list of properties to be sold at tax auctions, when available. All information is gathered and verified by real estate professionals through contact with foreclosure commissioners. We do not use algorithms, automated programs or “bots” to compile information. All the important work is done by real people.

Foreclosure Alert updates are emailed to subscribers. Access to our database of foreclosures is provided with subscription.
Top-Quality
All information is verified by professionals with decades of experience in the Hawaiian real estate industry.
Time-Saving
Foreclosure Alerts provide important information by email with no work for the subscriber.
Why Choose Us
Many websites contain information about bank-owned properties, after banks have reclaimed them at foreclosure auctions. We provide emailed updates with debt information about properties that are in the process of foreclosure, BEFORE the properties are auctioned, so investors have the best chances at the best deals. Additionally, the annual subscription cost may be deductible for tax purposes. We suggest you keep your emailed receipt and consult your accountant.
The Service
Subscription to 4closedhawaii provides the following:
Emailed updates on every fee simple, foreclosed property that is to be auctioned in the State of Hawaii.
Two levels of upgrades for most properties: a comparable sales report, and video of the property.
Notices about properties in “pre-foreclosure”.
A quarterly newsletter with information about the real estate market and current events in Hawaii.
An overview of the foreclosure process in the State of Hawaii, including information on the bidding process and confirmation hearings.
An introduction to real estate in Hawaii.
“Breaking News” email alerts regarding events or changes to laws or land use policies that may significantly impact real estate in Hawaii.
An overview of the tax sale process, including the rights of the delinquent party to reclaim the property and potential issues regarding re-sales by investors.
A link to the list of properties to be sold through tax sales, when available.
The Value
4closedhawaii.com provides detailed, property-specific information that is unlikely to be found through any other service. We do this by researching factors specific to Hawaii, for example lava flow hazard zoning. If you are thinking about investing in Hawaii and are unfamiliar with Lava Zones or catchment systems, you should subscribe.
Our subscribers receive information about properties in foreclosure BEFORE they are auctioned. We believe this helps subscribers to be in the best position to either contact the party being foreclosed or buy the property at auction BEFORE the lender takes it back.
The approximate debt, Open House dates and commissioner’s contact information are provided for each foreclosure. We think this information is critical to helping an investor assess a potential bid on a property. If a foreclosure is not open for public viewing, we suggest contacting the commissioner of the sale. This is important because the lack of an Open House is often a sign of potential future issues.
In addition to information about foreclosed properties, our introduction to Hawaii, quarterly newsletters and “Breaking News” updates should help subscribers anywhere learn more about Hawaiian real estate.
